CMM Probe
The Metris LC50/100(tm) high-speed, digitizing non-contacting probe has a standard PH-10M/PH-10Q interface to enable contacting scanning to 19,200 points per second. Adjustable camera and laser intensity settings guarantee quality data acquisition from different surfaces and environments. It comes with COSMOS CMM software, which utilizes the part coordinate system to drive the probe to obtain pointcloud data on the finished part, and CADCompare(tm) software, which reads-in the pointcloud and compares it to the CAD model to provide powerful capabilities including first article inspection, tool validation, wear analysis, 3D dimensioning, automated inspection routines and reverse engineering.
